“The house was really nice, decorated well, had all the necessary items and extra well stocked kitchen for cooking. There was also a nice backyard with a bricked in area with grill and chairs - great space to relax! It is close enough to walk to the down town and the river.”

“We had a trip of six guys, three father and son groups, to the hill country planned and found this rental which worked out perfect for us. The house and bunk house were very accommodating, clean and comfortable. The location outside of Llano was perfect. The property is in an area along the river that was very scenic with deer in the yard everyday. There are neighbors, but we never saw them and my guess is they are mostly getaway type places. I would recommend for your next trip. ”

“Six senior guys, ready for a nice place to fish, play 42, enjoy adult beverages, cooking and eating. The house was great, location terrific. On a dead end road, so very little traffic. Bonus was meeting the owner, he came to check a showerhead not cooperating. Had a very nice visit. ”

“I come to Llano a few times a year and have now stayed here twice. This location is perfect due to convenient location, clean inviting space, and plenty of parking. The deck in the back is great for hanging out after a day of exploring the area. ”

“The property was wonderful! Very well-appointed, clean and comfortable! The only negative was noise at night from the gym located next door, but even so, we would definitely like to stay again as everything else about it made it worth it.”

There’s close proximity to the downtown area which is very cute. It’s within 45 minutes to Colorado bend state park which was an added bonus for us. ”

“The place is beautifully and filled with memories. Its far away from civilization. Quiet and peaceful place in the hill country. Me and my family loved this property we walked all around the property. If you like taking pictures of the stars this place is also great. We were able to take some great pictures. Loved the glass roof over one of the beds. Overall I would definitely stay here again.”

“Great place to get away, nice and quiet. The hoyse had anything you might need. If you like the outdoors and sit ourside and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets, this is the place. Best part is that since there isn't internet the kids had to intertain themselves and had to interact with others. We loved the history of the place and its rustic look. We will definitely come back soon.”

“This is our second visit to this property. It’s always quiet and very well kept. All of the amenities one would need when away from home are thought of. The bed is comfy and the shower is hot. We love how adorable this place is. We will be back soon. We are looking forward to the Christmas lights in the park!”
