“The staff at the Portland Airport location is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I had a friend fly into town to meet me, and the hotel allowed a late checkout until her flight arrived. Cocktail hour is definitely a reason to stay. Waypoint restaurant is great. Even with renovations to the dining room and bar just starting, they were still very accommodating with breakfast and such. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the employees……

“Nice rooms, great bathrooms & showers. Pillows a little too soft/limp for us. Weird unexpected surcharge where they charge you $25 that you can use as credit in the cafe & restaurant, but you lose it if you don't use it.”
