“The suite was clean, comfortable, quiet and very private, located in a nice neighborhood. Parking right by the private entrance. Microwave, mini fridge/freezer and table were great for having breakfast and some of our other meals in the suite. Super easy check-in and check-out. Unobtrusive host with good communication. We had no issues whatsoever. Incredibly reasonable price. Location was great for exploring Lakeland area. Highly recommend.”

“Beautiful place, as advertised. Great location, wonderful prompt communication. Gracine is a wonderful host. The hot tub and games in the kitchen kept my 17 & 19 year old daughters occupied when the weather didn’t cooperate for the beach. “Great place, great location, Parking on the street is no big deal. The back yard is just a small concrete pad, not important to me. The overall decor is top notch. Place looks brand new with many flower arrangements located throughout the house. The small bedroom mattress was not that comfortable but other to choose from. The host allowed us to check in early to get ready for my sisters small family wedding, however we ended up staying at the house and doing the wedding in the beautiful back yard instead of rushing to the courthouse. “Stayed in a cabin for 4 nights with my family. It was fantastic. The cabin was great. Park is quiet and everyone was friendly. The night security guard Larry was very nice. We got in late our first night because of airport delay and he was there to show us where our spot was and how to get in and shook my hand and said welcome to the property. Always greeted us with a smile and a wave every time we pulled in and out of park. We will be making this our new yearly winter getaway spot. Happy……

“I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this……

“We stayed in 1835. The decor was so cute! We loved sitting down by the water on the areas they had for guest to relax. They only improvement was a more comfortable couch for the living room. We were busy during the day but wanted to watch tv to relax at night. The room itself was clean especially the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. ”
