“The front desk woman was very competent helping us and others coming to the desk with a smile and kind words. Definitely recommend staying in the Tampa/Brandon Florida Homeward Suites!”

“We checked in after 8pm and the loby was closed, a paper sigh directed guests to use the "window" around the side was a security window, buzzer and tinny, scratchy speaker . A woman inside was sweeping and looked annoyed and finally acknowledged my presence. She was less than welcoming and curt. It took her along time to check us in and she spoke very few words through the speaker at us. It felt more like a prison visit then vacation check in. This check in experience was sad because the room……

“It was very much a nice stay and clean room and nice looking hotel and reception and staff extremely kind.”

“Quiet, comfortable room. Only slept there. I did not use facilities or eat breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice. The side door entrance close to our room didn’t d not work which was frustrating. Desk representative said it doesn’t work when it’s hot. ”
