“Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!”

“The apartment was very quiet and fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay truly wonderful. The beach is just a few meters away, which was a huge plus. “A moderate noise is expected as the building is located next to the Main Street. However, there is non stop noises sounds like an automatic door or lift coming from the ceiling and the wall every night. And dragging furniture noises until 3am on the weekday. 5am on the weekends. If you are sensitive with those noise just avoid this hostel at all cost. If you’re fine with the noise. It’s all good. ”

“Wow! This resort was incredible. Right from the moment we walk in we were asked if we'd like tea, coffee or water. The room was stunning and spacious and had a little balcony. The rooftop patio was beautiful and amazing as well. The view from the rooftop was of the castle also. Everything was fantastic ”
