“If you love nature, quiet and are fit enough to climb stairs to a loft to sleep, this is a wonderful place to settle in while exploring Ithaca and surrounds. I came to the region specifically to take carpentry classes at Hammerstone (which were fantastic) and we wanted a quiet homebase to rest, relax and really get a feel for the area. “This property was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty of Watkins Glen. The cabin was in an excellent location, close to town for dining and shopping, we enjoyed our stay , everything is provided for you and is spacious and clean. We will most likely come back when weather allows for more seasonal activities like hiking, camping and boating. Access to trails was very limited due to icy conditions but the frozen waterfalls provided some beautiful photos , looking forward to……
