“Had a great time in spite of the river fooding the house was very comfortable. We have been vacationing in the area for many years and found it a great location. Coffee on the porch was my favorite.”

“We loved the house and our golfers were impressed with the golf course. But what really impressed us was when the owner replaced the pit that broke on Friday early on Saturday. About 90% we eat is cooked on a pit. Please tell the owner how much we appreciated that. We want to come back next summer. ”

“Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. Quick 30-45 second walk from the front door to the Frio River. Our boys had a blast fishing all day and spending time at Garner State Park.”
