You can hear the noise from outside the pool area and the people above you.Some people just don’t have any consideration for others.”

We also met the owners of two other condos in the building, all were absolutely gracious. There was a small damage issue with one of our cars, they worked with us to resolve quickly.our card, w with ”

“The exterior (deck, pool, hot tub, deck to the beach) are exactly what you want in a beach house. Beautiful & easy access to the beach! The house itself had a nice layout with tons of rooms & bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. We enjoyed family dinners at the large table too! The host was exceptional at quickly responding to questions. Feedback for improvement: the bed mattresses were really soft, everyone mentioned it at some point during the week. The furniture could use……

“This is the second time we’ve rented this property have been very pleased both times. The unit is very large and well equipped. The owner is very responsive and deals with any issue quickly. This time was especially suitable because we are from Asheville NC and hurricane Helene left us without power, water, internet or phone. She allowed us to check in a couple of days early at no extra charge. We had several friends come down and it was a real blessing. ”
