“Highland B&B was beyond my highest expectations. Shane is not only a gracious host but an historian knowing all about the building and the area. Tons of different breakfast options and the rooms are all so different and full of character. The porch is wonderful in nice weather for morning coffee (also provided). Highly recommended and I can’t wait to come back!”

“Perfect little house setup just to lay your head at night. Allowed us to venture out for the wedding we were in, travel to NY, and Ohio to see what is around within 3 hours. Quick response for when we needed help getting into the house. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue is it took us 15 minutes to find the house when we selected the address from Vrbo to Apple Maps it put us a street down. No big deal including when it’s not a property owner issue. “The property is well appointed, well located. Beautiful, stunning views over the lake. Nicely stocked with Nespresso pods, tea, chocolate and thoughtfully provided "starter snack" packs like Cheez-its.The layout and pictures are 100% accurate. The towels may be the softest, most absorbent bath towels on the planet. The issue we ran into before arrival is that the co-host reached out and said the refrigerator is not working and there was a very small dorm size refrigerator provided. No……
