“Valentina and Gianluca did a phenomenal job making our stay an amazing experience. Super friendly and very helpful with places to eat, showing us around the hotel and reserving water taxis. The hotel is in immaculate condition, in a great location and newly renovated. We could not have been more happy with our stay. ”

“Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.”

“Nouvel an en famille à Venise. Appartement très bien situé. A 5 min à pieds du Pont Rialto et 15 min de la place St Marc. Appartement bien équipé mais pas du tout fait pour des personnes à mobilités réduites. Petit bémol: il serait temps de changer la literie et de nettoyer les groupes internes de clim”

Had a nice stay in Venice!

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The location is fantastic – just steps from the boat dock, making getting around Venice a breeze. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help. Plus, it has a charming retro feel with its key and room decor. And don't even get me started on the delicious continental breakfast! Highly recommend."
