“We rented this house for two nights with another family ( 2 adults and 6 kids) for a fun staycation during Spring Break. The management company was always quick to respond to the few questions I had. The property was clean, had plenty of space for all of us, and had all the amenities we needed. The beach was steps away from the front door and delivered in our expectations. We will definitely do this type of vacation more often. ”

The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location. ”

“The house has been renovated and is very well kept. Great place to stay with lots of space. Plenty of parking and about 10-15 minute drive to the beach. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Just finished a few days at this terrific property. We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome……

“Wonderful place, couldn't be happier or have been more perfect. Jane's communication was prompt and helpful. House was clean, comfortable, and simply perfect for this couple and a dog. Easily could fit another couple or a family with kids. Short drive to downtown. Walkable to Starbucks or Vons or to some restaurants. Joggable to pier on bikepath by ocean, walk to sunset, coffee on balcony, naps with birds chirping outside, tea by the fire. Peaceful. Simple. Beautiful. Wasn't missing anything we……

“Location was great, amazing views, loved the house, great place to have my b day. Would definitely come back. ”

“Brought elderly (80+) parents and kids for a short getaway. The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. Had a small hiccup during check-in and called the realty company and I was SUPER impressed by the person who helped me on the phone. She was helpful, kind and patient. (Thank you!) Very nice location for a family getaway. Definitely……

“Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!”

“We had the most incredible stay at "Chateau by the C" to celebrate my birthday this past week. This picturesque oceanfront beach house exceeded all expectations. The large windows offered breathtaking views, and the home was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of seating both inside and out. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there's nothing like falling asleep and waking up to the soothing sound of ocean waves. The house came fully equipped with everything we could……
