“This is the best place I have ever stayed. Check-in and check-out were simple and Kathy made sure to ask if we needed anything. This really made my wife's birthday and our anniversary very special. It was like a home away from home with no stress. Very safe and quiet. Everything was spotless. Living room TV was huge and very clear. I was able to activate my Netflix very easily and watch whatever I wanted. The sofa was extremely comfortable. It was very close to both Turning Stone and Vernon……

“Several of my friends come up to the area every year for a memorial golf outing for an old Army buddy of ours and this was a great location for us as we rented both halves of this property. Close to the beach and restaurants with great amenities and plenty of room for all of us. Will look to make this our regular place year in and year out.”

“We had a lovely stay at the penthouse. Clean, cute, great view of the lake. Enough space for 5 adults. Coffee was good & strong. A highlight was breakfast at Pancake House downstairs. Delicious!! Less fun was the fire station "air raid" alarm that went off early morning 2 of the 3 days we were there. That caught us off guard & very unpleasant. Otherwise, a great stay. ”

She checked on everyone who stayed and made sure we had everything we needed, answered any questions we had, and suggested some great places to eat or local stores. The place is simple and that was what we were lookimg for as we were outside the whole time. The place has a beautiful lake that you can sit and look at all day. “We had a fine stay at this listing in Kirkville, but overall the details were lacking. Lots of spiders throughout the home, amenities were not all properly functioning (dryer kept turning off, and the toaster was defective), and there weren’t any extra trash bags that we could find. ”

“We arrived in the dark and that made it difficult to find, but a quick responsive call with the owner help us locate it. We had to drive across the grass field to get to the house, which turned out to be no problem for the jeep. The house was perfect for our needs. ”
