“While we’re typically beach people, we decided to try some winter fun at Massanutten Resort. Fortunately, there was availability at this cabin and we weren’t disappointed. It was a great property in terms of spaciousness, amenities and close proximity to the slopes. The kids had a ball and loved the theater room. The owners were very responsive to our queries. I am confident that a couple of minor things mentioned in our feedback to the owners will be addressed. Based on the input from our group……

“This log cabin is the perfect getaway for a couple or family looking for a retreat Homie Vacay! The accommodations are superb. The home is clean and fully stocked with necessities in the bathrooms and kitchen. The decor is lovely. The beds are comfortable. It’s away from the hustle and bustle. Very hospitable with farm raised eggs in the refrigerator. They were delicious! The domesticated pigs and goats around the home were friendly. We will definitely be back!”

“We had a group of 4 of us ladies that booked a weekend getaway at Wintergreen so we could relax and hit up the local wineries! Check in/check out was a breeze and communication with Diana couldn't have been smoother, she was very responsive! The home was spotless and cozy in every way! Location was perfect, nestled right in the mountains of wintergreen but accessible and close to all our favorite winery spots! Wintergreen resort which is only a 2 minute drive had a wonderful breakfast spot……

“We use VRBO nearly every time we travel and Magnolia House is the best-managed property we've ever stayed at! From the cleanliness to the amenities, the house had everything we needed. We traveled with our 18-year-old twins and two friends of theirs. Everyone had their own room and the kids had a separate downstairs den of their own. Overall, it was a great family weekend and we will definitely rent this house again!”

“Amazing layout with lots of bathrooms. Very spacious. Clean and updated. I actually think the pictures don't do it justice for the size and how nice it is!We have older kids (ages 10-12) so can't assess for little kids but I did notice a high chair, pnp, baby gate. Layout is great particularly if you have two "groups" that may want to hang separately - like kids separate from adults, etc. since there are two seating areas with TVs and fireplaces.
