“Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season”

“We had a fabulous few days at Sonia’s place. It was exactly as described with a fantastic pool and brilliant location very close to the beautiful Pietrasanta. The access road was very steep and windy as described but that meant that the views were incredible!”

“My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa.……

“Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war für 10 Tage perfekt. Leider funktioniert das Wlan nicht bis zur Hütte was leider in der Beschreibung andersst angegeben war. Der Standort war super, der strand war nur ca 30min vom strand entfernt was super war. Die unterkunft war sauber und alle nachbarn warem super nett. Alles in all war ein schöner Aufenthalt. ”

“Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um komfortabel die nähere Umgebung erkunden zu können. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abseits vom "Getümmel". Fußläufig erreichbar sind eine kleine Pizzeria, ein Bäcker und zwei Restaurants. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen für Mieter, die keinen großen Luxus erwarten”

“La casa ha delle ottime potenzialità, è grande, dotata di un bel giardino e davvero funzionale. Ha una cucina enorme e con tanto di lavastoviglie e 3 camere dal letto. L’aria condizionata nelle stanze ed una manutenzione un po’ più attenta renderebbero il soggiorno davvero perfetto.”

“Das Haus ist super, wir waren Mitte Juli mit 10 Personen, als 2 befreundete Familien dort. Die Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch, sind aber ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher standen zur Verfügung, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch gut, sehr ruhig, zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten zum Strand und der kilometerlangen Promenade mit vielen kleinen Geschäften. Sehr wichtig war die Klimaanlage, die ist……

“Unser Aufenthalt war wie erhofft umwunderbar in dieser Villa.Wir haben uns mit 6 Erwachsenen,3 Kindern und einem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.Alessia stand bei allen Fragen sofort zur Verfügung.Alles war sehr gepflegt,vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Petra & Familie”

“Gloria was a lovely, welcoming host who was very accommodating when we arrived late due to an accident on the road. The property was clean and well equipped for our needs in an excellent location. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t that good when we were there but we were able to drive to Pisa and Lucca for day trips. Our last day was sunny so we headed to the beach which was lovely and not too busy at this time of year. My only note would be that the single bed in the attic room is quite small……

“The property is really nice and the host pays a lot of attention to the details in terms of making guests welcome. All basic supplies are at the house with a welcome basket including fruits, water and a Prosecco! Very thoughtful. The big disappointment for us was the location as the pin on the map is nowhere near the actual location and I made the mistake not to double check the address for accuracy. We have been many times to Lido Di Camaiore and would certainly not stay near the highway and……

“Durch die hervorragende Kommunikation mit den beiden Vermieterinnen haben wir, 14 Jungs, trotz Coronavirus und Maskenpflicht einen super Urlaub hinter uns. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Pietrasanta empfangen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das riesige Grundstück in den Bergen bietet eine sehr große Fläche zum Zusammensitzen an verschiedenen Orten, Entspannen am Pool oder anderen ruhigen Plätzen. Man ist vor allem ist ungestört, was für einen Jungsurlaub mit 14 Personen durchaus vorteilhaft ist……
