“Piacevolmente sorpreso! Situato in uno splendido palazzo (credo) ottocentesco in pieno centro storico, perfettamente ristrutturato e con una vista mozzafiato su piazza Mercurio e sul castello Malaspina, offre un ambiente comodo e silenzioso. La mia stanza era essenziale e il bagno era in comune ma ci sta, visto il prezzo. Suggerirei una maggiore cura nei dettagli (doccia sporchina e molto calcare) ma nel complesso molto buono. “Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season”

“We had a fabulous few days at Sonia’s place. It was exactly as described with a fantastic pool and brilliant location very close to the beautiful Pietrasanta. The access road was very steep and windy as described but that meant that the views were incredible!”

“My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa.……
