“La casa ha delle ottime potenzialità, è grande, dotata di un bel giardino e davvero funzionale. Ha una cucina enorme e con tanto di lavastoviglie e 3 camere dal letto. L’aria condizionata nelle stanze ed una manutenzione un po’ più attenta renderebbero il soggiorno davvero perfetto.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The villa is on a large property with its own pool. The bedrooms are great sizes and the bathrooms are large as well. The villa is very comfortable and the outside area is wonderful. The property is taken care of by Happy Rentals and they are fantastic to deal with. I had all the information I needed from them even before I left for Italy and if we had ny issues while we were at the property, Gianluca, responded right away, no matter the time of day.……

“Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und am ersten Abend sogar zu einem gemeinsamen Abendessen mit selbstgekochten Spezialitäten eingelden. Unsere Vermieterin war immer sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Ausflugs- und Restauranttips gegeben. Das Haus ist alt und wunderschön restauriert, der Garten mit Pool ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Man hat einen schönen Ausblick bis zum Meer.”

“The property is really nice and the host pays a lot of attention to the details in terms of making guests welcome. All basic supplies are at the house with a welcome basket including fruits, water and a Prosecco! Very thoughtful. The big disappointment for us was the location as the pin on the map is nowhere near the actual location and I made the mistake not to double check the address for accuracy. We have been many times to Lido Di Camaiore and would certainly not stay near the highway and……

“Das Haus ist super, wir waren Mitte Juli mit 10 Personen, als 2 befreundete Familien dort. Die Vermieter sprechen nur italienisch, sind aber ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr gut zu erreichen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher standen zur Verfügung, das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Lage ist auch gut, sehr ruhig, zu Fuß circa 10 Minuten zum Strand und der kilometerlangen Promenade mit vielen kleinen Geschäften. Sehr wichtig war die Klimaanlage, die ist……

“We had a fabulous few days at Sonia’s place. It was exactly as described with a fantastic pool and brilliant location very close to the beautiful Pietrasanta. The access road was very steep and windy as described but that meant that the views were incredible!”

“We are for the 4th consecutive year in Tuscany in the Viarregio region.. The current location is phenomenal.. The view is wonderful, the house is very beautiful, very clean, equipped with everything you need.. Easy to reach other wonderful locations like Lucca,  Pisa Viarregio with its wonderful beaches.  The hosts are equally welcoming and nice.. The place is a little small for bigger cars, but a good driver can handle it.. You can park in the yard or an extra garage.. Beatrice is a wonderful……
