“We booked the room a long time in advance to make use of the spa facilities. When we arrived we tried to get day access to the spa as specified in hotels.com. We were informed that this was wrong, price was per hour. On insisting, we were told they were fully booked for the day. On insisting further, we were finally offered 2 hours the next morning, but we had to leave and could not make use of the spa. As a note they are still selling day access to the spa on hotels.com. Additionally the garden……

“Tutto bene l'Hotel, malissimo invece l'esperienza Expedia. Ho prenotato per 3 adulti e la prenotazione prevedeva solo 2 posti letto. Il letto aggiuntivo a 20 euro. Anche nell'indicazione animali ammessi c'era il tranello di un costo giornaliero aggiuntivo di 15 euro. Un utente si rivolge a un operatore per la comparazione. Prima volta che uso expedia, sicuramente l'ultima ”

“There is no elevater from the parking area to reception level. We had to take our big suitcases and took a long stair up to the reception level. There was no one helped us. The view is good, so was the breakfast.”

“All'arrivo siamo stati ben accolti e ci è stata riservata la stanza di cui avevamo visto le foto durante la prenotazione. Stanza sita nella villa di fronte alla struttura principale dell'hotel. La villa è stata ristrutturata negli interni recentemente e così la stanza spaziosa nuova e pulitissima, con ingresso, camera da letto e bellissimo bagno con grande doccia, ben riscaldato con acqua subito calda,unico neo per quanto riguarda la stanza è la mancanza di alcuni complementi d'arredo tipo……
