“Older property, but they have obviously been investing and modernizing recently. There's an amazing new playground and walking area behind the first building and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is pretty deep everywhere, but a fairly good temperature and very clean and nice. Our two kids enjoyed it, but only because one can swim and the other still has water wings. With the included Aktivcard, all the local swimming pools are included, so you can also just go to one of them……

“I booked a “Deluxe Loft, 1 Double Bed, Non Smoking, City View” that was supposed to be 538 sq ft (ca. 50 m²) When I got to the hotel, I was given a room that was barely 150 sq ft (ca. 14 m²), and when I asked the reception if a mistake was made, I was told the loft I booked was “closed for the winter”. Instead of a nice city view, we had a lousy view of a fatigued backyard. That is a problem because the room I got was much cheaper than the one I paid for. In addition to that, the Loft is……

Die freundliche Herzlichkeit, der Humor und die außerordentliche Zuvorkommenheit ist mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben. Wir sind viel gereist, aber dies haben wir das erste Mal in dieser wirklich von Herzen kommenden, ungekünzelten Art, die sich durch das gesamte Team "zieht", so noch nicht erlebt.
