“第一天很晚入住，前面一位客人處理超久後輪到我，前檯人員既沒表示久等之意同時也是很制式化的說明規定，相當冰冷；之後幾天反應房間內空調壞了，也無人處理；同時還出現小蟲子在房間；甚至有預付早餐還被告知原房價無付早餐；退房講這些抱怨給櫃檯人員僅得到將早餐扣除的處理，最後連寒暄再見都沒有，服務上真的有待加強”
