“I stayed at the Red Roof Inn this past weekend while in town for a wedding. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive at first—I wasn’t staying at one of the wedding’s designated resort hotels and was concerned about choosing what I assumed would be a “budget” option. But wow, was I pleasantly surprised. From the moment I stepped into the reception area, the hotel’s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were immediately apparent. A sign proudly displayed an award recognizing this Red Roof Inn as……

“The room I booked on the platform showed that the reservation was successful and the payment was successful, but I drove to the front desk of the hotel and told me that there was no room to return it. I had no problem with it, but the money was not refunded to me. I booked another hotel and checked in, but Hilton Garden Hotel still didn't know when to refund the money. I will get a refund soon, regardless of the room. Why can I make a reservation and pay successfully without a room?”
