“They reach out to you several times to make sure everything is OK even when they could not reach me they make sure every way possible for me to get the messages . Clean place cozy. My only recommendation would be for a more convenient gate to open as you enter.. Also a sign right in front of the gate with the properties name because at first, I had a hard time to find the entrance.”

“We loved the 2-bedroom apartment due to its spacious and comfortable feel! The location is great for access to restaurants and the best beaches. We had a power outage for part of our stay but they were quick to run a generator to keep us comfortable. The washer/dryer is not working and doesn’t look to have been for some time. Overall this place and Vieques is great- you really can’t ask for more!”

“We came here to visit the Bio Bay but realized there was plenty to see in the area. It was great to have space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The building was quiet and we even had time to swim in the pool. Carlos was very prompt and helpful. Check in and out was easy.”

“This apartment was a great place for our family. It's a gated apartment complex which made it feel extra safe. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms cool down quickly with the aircondition. We really enjoyed the pool area and the location in general.Remember to bring earplugs to mask the noise of the birds that start very early in the morning. Thank you for hosting us! We highly recommend this place.”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
