“Almost everything was awesome! Minor issues with shower head in master bedroom and dishrack in need of replacement. ”

“We stayed in Ceiba because we were doing scuba in Fajardo. This was the perfect lo ation. The condo itself is quite large. The rooftop terrace is amazing to sit and read or lay in the sun. Winnie was easy to communicate with and answered any question we had.”

“Condo is very nice. 3 pools of various depths. We used the pool closest to the apt as we has young children. One of the beds was broken but thankfully one of our people wasn't able to come so we were able to easily adjust to having one less bed. The host was extremely apologetic. We arrived the day after most of PR had a black out, but we were unaffected as the property and many of the local businesses had generators. We reached out for assurance by the property owner before our departure which……

“Well but simply furnished. Very spacious, easy parking. had everything we need except for a second key! I understand this is a condo complex issue, but it is very challenging to manage a family vacation with multiple people with only one key! Other than that all was great. Nice restaurants nearby, easy access to the beach, lighthouse park, bio bay, snorkeling, etc. ”

“Our stay was short but we had a great time. The check in and out instructions were clear. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The apartment was located close to the gated entrance which was convenient since we left several times. The pool near the apartment was a little small but there is a bigger one further up on the next level that is very nice. We would highly recommended.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay! Denise was very quick to respond and everything was clean and organized. We did require maintenance at one point and Denise quickly got them in contact with us. Recommend to anyone looking to stay at a place with beautiful views and easy access to great places. ”

“Condo was great! It lined the main street and marina. The boats played loud music during the day and at night lots of loud cars, but if your good with back ground noise, you will love this location. Very close to many beaches, waterfalls, rainforest! Host was very patient and very quick to respond. Condo was beautiful and very clean. Chairs for the beach and cooler available. Beds were all extremely comfortable! ”

“The condo was amazing. The location was great. Really close to the ferry to go to culebre island. That is a must. Flamenco Beach is top ten in the world. About 1-2 hour boat ride. The pool at the condo was wonderful and relaxing. We made daily breakfast runs to a local bakery in ceiba. They also had a local bodega(food store). This condo accommodated us well. Had chairs that we used as well as a cooler. Had dishes, utensils, and kitchen items. Would definitely stay here again when we come back. ”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
