“This was the perfect location for our week in Puerto Rico! Located just across the street from Seven Seas Beach, this clean and beautiful condo was easy walking distance to the ocean and several restaurants, plus it was an easy drive to Old San Juan, Luquillo and El Yunque National Forest. Plus, most evenings we could watch the sunset from the rooftop patio. Wonderful! ”

“Sylvia was an amazing host; was super sweet with all her response's, knowledgeable of the area and continuously checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.The area was safe in a gated community with lots of parking offering 24/7 surveillance. Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. Bed was comfortable, AC was cold and showers were warm. I recommend this property who offers a home away from home. ”

“We have a family of 5 so we have stayed in many vrbos and airbnbs. This was our BEST stay yet. Your hosts are the true owners and don't contract the management of the property out. They are there for you and are so helpful and quick with any questions about what to see and do. It is the most gorgeous villa and resort ever--we really, really can't wait to go back. The property listing says, "you need to be here to believe it," and it's true. Yes, the photos posted are amazing and beautiful……

“The property is in an excellent location. I had a very comfortable stay. In the evenings, I could sit outside and listen to the ocean. It was very relaxing. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Having the washer and dryer was also a big help. Everything was as advertised.”

“This place was cozy and felt like a home away from home. The owner was very attentive when needed. The view was beautiful and the sound of the waves crashing. Unfortunately we couldn’t swim due to the seaweed at the time (July) and the large waves, but we planned separate excursions and beach trips nearby. ”

“So the condo we rented was very nice but could use some upgrades. Awesome cold AC. Dont let the outside of the condominium scare you, they are renovating as we speak. The hallways need new tiles and walls need to be painted. Lots of rust stains on the outside. But besides that the rental was very nice with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back! Theres a secret secluded beach with white sand and crystal clear water on the little island in front of the condo. You could easily swim there……

“The apartment was clean and tidy. Plenty of supplies of the necessities and cleaning items. Great view, quiet, secure neighborhood. Close to the beach and has a huge clean pool. The hostess was very responsive. Only negative point is the balcony door sticks and is hard to open and close. But we were still able to use the balcony. ”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
