“Booking with Iris and Angel was a breeze - the property was well-located, they responded quickly, and everything was exactly as described. When there was a slight hiccup in our arrival Iris was quick to help and guide us through exactly what we needed to access the space. This spot was the perfect home base for a few nights in Fajardo. We had 4 adults and 1 infant and we were all comfortable and had plenty of space. There were lots of good recommendations for the area, the condo felt secure, and……

“We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!”

“Condo is very nice. 3 pools of various depths. We used the pool closest to the apt as we has young children. One of the beds was broken but thankfully one of our people wasn't able to come so we were able to easily adjust to having one less bed. The host was extremely apologetic. We arrived the day after most of PR had a black out, but we were unaffected as the property and many of the local businesses had generators. We reached out for assurance by the property owner before our departure which……

“The apartment was very well stocked, organized and beautifully displayed. The rooms were gorgeous. The only complaint is that to reach the apartment, you have to climb 3 flights of stairs and we had 2 big luggages. Vincent and his staff were very attentive. My GPS didn't work upon my arrival to Puerto Rico and I was able to call and speak to his staff about directing me there. They did leave instructions on how to get there but since this was my first time in PR in a while, i got confused. They……

“We spent a week in Greg's condo. It was well equipped, clean and close to the beach. Our son had a blast playing with the turtles in the nearby pond. Bring some cherios for them. Walmart is a short drive away and they offee cooked local cuisine on the chesp. We didn’t bother cooking.Would not hesitate to stay again. ”

“First let me start off by saying don’t shy away from this rental due to limited reviews. I honestly was a little hesitant at first being there were not a lot of reviews but I did read it was a recent Reno and I trusted my instinct. We were very fortunate to get into the unit earlier in the day than expected which was a huge bonus since we flew in early morning. This unit is literally a 1 minute walk to the pool and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The unit was very modern and clean. I am very hard……

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
