“Great place for relaxing and chilling ”

“This house is an easy drive to all the beaches and restaurants but also away from town so that you have privacy. There is plenty of room and lots of beds. The washer/dryer are under the house and bring your own soap! I pack laundry strips. The views are great from this house. A jeep/car is needed to get up the steep driveway.”

“Beautiful resort with private beaches and all the amenities. The condo met all of our needs and then some. We had ages 10-77 with us and everyone had a great trip. The kitchen is the most well equipped kitchen I’ve experienced with a rental. Pots and pans were great condition. Beds and linens were excellent quality and comfy. Plenty of beach towels and chairs. The patio has a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort is HUGE! However, we rarely saw other guests. Felt like we had the dragon pool to……

“This was the perfect place for three families with four teens to stay for the week. We were close to El Yunque and the bio bay. We had unmatched views of the ocean, a great pool, and restaurants and the beach were close by.”

“Our family stayed six nights at Casa Marabella. Everything was as advertised. The view was exceptional, sitting on the deck overlooking the beach and the islands. The residence was well stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking. Beach chairs, some snorkels, coolers, and other water equipment was available. Our communication with the host was great. “Loved the beautiful property ! Looks even better in person. The neighborhood is also very private and beautiful as well. If you’re looking to stay in a nice place on the outskirts of Puerto Rico this is definitely the place to be !”

“The unit is very clean and is actually more spacious than pictured. The property grounds are very well maintained and the area is very safe! We enjoyed walking and jogging the many paths in the community. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is just a few steps further. We found several restaurants at the nearby Plaza and enjoyed having some close easy dinner options. The unit is well stocked and we cooked breakfast and prepared lunch easily with all the provided utensils. ”

“This is our e second stay in this condo and better than the first since roadwork was done and super easy beach access. Having use of the paddle board is great and the drying rack was awesome. Kids loved the pool best, but I loved snorkeling the reef (Pirate shack snorkeling 0.3 mi down the road is great). Fabulous location for exploring the East side of island and easy drive into San Juan. Highly recommend as great location, great communication and everything you need for a comfortable stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay and loved watching the herd of free range horses while drinking our coffee and listening to the ocean waves. It is a short walk to the beach and the pool area is so nice as well. Such a lovely home. We would love to come back. Had a few minor issues and the property manager was very responsive. A second key would be helpful but this was a very minor issue. Loved the home!”

“We stayed in A World Apart Villa for the long weekend after a spontaneous decision to get away to Puerto Rico. The Villa was clean spacious with great ocean views (at less than half the price of those resort hotels). The house had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and at 1 hr drive from San Juan we were away from the crowds, but not too far to do some sightseeing and tours.”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
