“Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. “We had a lovely stay at Casa de Amistad. I’m so glad we decided to stay in Isabella rather than Esperanza. Isabella had way more options for dining and groceries and it was also a lot quieter than Esperanza. During check in we were given a list of recommendations for restaurants and activities which was very helpful. The hotel has beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels available for guest use as well. I would definitely stay here again. ”
