Not too assertive but very attentive and respectful. The restaurant options have a nice variety from bar to Michelin. This is what you want. A kitchen that can provide delicious bites on the go and the more exquisite dishes……

“Hele mooie plek om te verblijven. Het was alleen jammer dat het leek alsof we tussen drukke periodes kwamen. De mooie tuin stond er een beetje rommelig en verlaten bij. Maar personeel was uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk.”

“O hotel fica na Quinta do Portal, uma casa de fazenda bem adaptada para hotel. O quarto e wc grande, varanda e bem decorada. O café da manhã maravilhoso. Um detalhe só, as estrada do restaurante para o hotel por 2 vezes ficou bloqueada por carros entregando mercadoria para o restaurante e tivemos que esperar a operação. O jantar menu degustação vale muito a pena”

“Its a great experience living in the barrel. Every customer staying there include one wine tasting tour, understand more about Port wine. However, moving there or other spots might possibly need to drive. No public transport reaching the area.”
