“This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order.”

“Leider bekamen wir nicht das 3-Bett Zimmer mit Stadtblick, wie wir gebucht hatten. Stattdessen wollte man uns ein Doppelzimmer mit einem Zustell-Stockbett für Kinder mut Blick auf einen kleinen, unschönen Innenhof geben. Es dauerte leider 1Std, bis wir, nachdem ich mich hartnäckig beschwert hatte, ein anderes Zimmer mit einzelnen Betten bekamen. Allerdings wieder mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Als Ausgleich verlangte ich 1,5Std Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs für umsonst. Proaktiv wurde uns leider……

“Location is good. It's close to Vicenza train station ( within 10 min walking time ). It's also near the Vicenza old town. The hotel is just recently renewed. Though the room is compact, it's comfortable enough.”

“I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Parking is included and on the premises, the room was spacious, but the highlight was the breakfast the next morning, with a lot of options!! The restaurant downstairs was a good option since I was tired and did not want to go into the city. Only strange thing was that there was no shower cabin, so that after showering the whole bathroom was wet. ”
