“This tucked away resort is extremely charming. The 1 bedroom villa was extremely roomy and had all the basic necessities needed. We were able to cook and had a larger refrigerator. The property manager is extremely cordial, kind, and really went out of his way to welcome us. The property sits on the side of a mountain overlooking a sparkling pool, which then ever looks a city and the Mediterranean. The sunsets are gorgeous. “Stayed here for almost two weeks and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Villa Princi was clean, quiet, and really comfortable. Easy to get around and in a great location for exploring both Calabria and Sicily. I actually spent the first 5 days driving around Sicily. The host was incredibly helpful. She gave me dining tips, pointed me to legit olive oil spots, and had some nice pastries and even some eggs if requested. Breakfast was perfect for me. This was my home base while I bounced around……

“We were travelling from Syracuse to Milan and had a 7 hour stopover waiting for the night train from San Giovanni. This was a perfect haven being 10 minutes walk from the station/ ferry terminal which allowed us to get a shower and a few hours sleep. Friendly and helpful staff allowed an early check in. “We got our confirmation and access codes very quick. I am so thankful that they were able to communicate with me in English. They were very patient and kind. “Karma is located right in the middle if everything with the marina/beach right across the street. Do yourself a favor and pay for parking, it’s the best money you’ll spend as there are times where street parking is completely full. “The Place is near to the sea and right next to a bus station. There is a good restaurant and a few lilttle bars aswell. Lorenzo is really a nice host and he cares about. The breakfast he made was one of the best i had after 8 weeks of travelling. In general he let you feel very welcome and is easy to talk to. The Room and bathroom is very nice and clean.
