“A wonderful property in such a beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful, surrounded by vineyards with views of Mount Etna and the village of Castiglione perched on a hillside. We loved having access to the swimming pool, the rooms are a good size and the food and wine was excellent. Massimo is a superb host and is exceptionally welcoming and very friendly, providing good local information. “Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, nahe zum Strand und in die Stadt (ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Sehr schöner Poolbereich, Balkon mit Blick zum Ätna, Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße, aber es wäre auch eine Garage vorhanden, die wir nur zum Fahrradunterstellen genutzt haben. Frühstück hatte alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses nette Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. ”

“Ein Mietauto ist dringend zu empfehlen, da das Hotel etwas ab vom Schuss ist. Zum Beach fährt zu bestimmten Zeiten ein Shuttle, auch wenn es nur 17 Fußminuten entfernt ist, ist die Straße ohne Fußweg bis runter (auch durch die gefährliche Fahrweise der Italiener) nicht anzuraten. Im Ort Mongiove und Patti gibt es viele Restaurants. Allerdings ist es auch zu größeren Städten (Taormina, Messina, Palermo) immer ein gutes Stück (1-3h) zu fahren.
