“I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her……

“My family and I had an excellent stay! We stayed in the Presidential Suites and were very impressed. The room was gorgeous and the view from the balcony was fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!”

“Rena fina rum med fantastisk utsikt mot Etna. Personalen överlag väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.Bra fukost med samma härliga utsikt. Finns inte mycket mer att begära. En plats man vill återvända till. Den tillhörande restaurangen serverade god mat och dryck.”
