“We had a wonderful stay, welcomed by a sweet lady named Ana who gave us tea and coffee and made us feel right at home. The room was excellent except it never felt like the air conditioning was working properly. And the beds were a bit small for international visitors! Breakfast was hot, filling, and delicious. With home-made jams! Very special and memorable experience.”

The breakfast is self service with everything laid on for you and is of a high quality. The spa facilities are good, the pool has powerful jets that massage well and the staff are welcoming. The gym is small but user friendly. Situated just outside the lovely town of Penamacor in this sleepy area of Portugal, you get a real treat of a retreat here. I will come again and highly……
