“Checkin was pleasant and room was on 1st floor right next to parking, so easy unload and load. There is a family feel to the inner courtyard/parking, as some residents make use of their porch while children pet visiting dogs. This hotel was our choice rather than paying a fortune to stay in Cooperstown. A nearby Walmart and eateries were a plus in this small community. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure great. “Great room! Super cozy space. Really liked my pillows. Newly remodeled bathroom with soaking tub, awesome shower. Grounds are pretty. Staff is very welcoming. They have a thoughtful enhancement package: flowers, wine, cheese board available. Great tea selection. Classic Victorian decor in the common areas. I was only here for one night, but it was relaxing and very enjoyable. ”

“We booked one night originally and then the next night at a later date on a 3rd party site. Bambi was able to get our reservations merged so we could stay in the same room. I didn’t know the 3rd party booked 2 different room types but we just had to check in and out and all was good. ”
