“Haley at the front desk she was very nice and polite we got in late. Kitchen was about to close, but she made sure that we had something to eat. Also, I couldn’t remember the guy name that worked the night with her, but he was very pleasant to make sure we had all food and he got it out ASAP.”

“Great room with large balcony and view. Front desk staff can be more friendly you feel as though you’re bothering them when you walk up to the desk.”

“The staff members were very kind and helpful for our first family cruise trip. They booked our transportation to our cruise ship and provided parking for our vehicle. It was very smooth and convenient. Will come back again for our next cruise ship! ”

“When you come here there is no elevators. So if you get rooms on the second floor you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. That was the only problem I had with this facility”
