“Room was quite spacious but no fridge. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is drinking water in the breakfast area. Location wise, the path to the hotel seems a bit sketchy at night. It’s a 30 min walk to the main attractions. There are lots of things to explore on the way so not bad. Overall a good place to stay at.”

“Nós gostamos bastante! Localização boa, conseguimos nos deslocar a pé e de metrô para vários pontos turísticos. O tempo de água quente foi suficiente, sustentável! Fomos em 4 e não ficamos sem banho quente! A limpeza e arrumação dos quartos adequada! Toalhas trocadas todos os dias. Uma pequena observação para a qualidade das toalhas, que não eram tão boas , estavam desgastadas e um pouco encardidas. Da pra cozinhar tranquilamente! A recepção funciona 24h! E ainda oferecem um lanchinho de boas……

Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. If you are lucky the staff will assist, but if you go to the 2nd floor restaurant from your……

“Loved this hotel. We came back 3 separate times as Santiago was our home base. For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Shared bathrooms were not a problem and there were enough that it almost felt like we had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was delightful and very helpful. ”

“Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently……
