“Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. “Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms. “One of the best house rental stays we have had. The house is even better than described. So thoughtfully decorated for beach fun and comfort. Beautiful lighting throughout the house, especially in the living room. The primary bedroom has indoor shutters so you can sleep through the bright morning, or nice sun shades so you can let the sun in as desired. Parking tight and felt like we were intruding on the dilapidated house in front. A bit of a trek bringing suitcases and supplies in from the back alley and into the backyard to the back of the house. “This is a 28' travel trailer with a slideout. It is in a great location in Inverness for exploring Pt Reyes and we stayed for three nights. As it is a travel trailer, I would think it would be tight for more than a couple or perhaps a child that sleeps on the sofa bed, but I would think any more than that and it will get really crowded with suitcases.
