“This is a lovely studio on Tomales Bay. I happened to pick the wrong weekend to go as there was a king tide and major rain storm. Took away the dock and did some other damage. BUT, the place is lovely and exactly as in the listing and the owners and manager were very gracious and refunded the trip since was no power or water most of the time. So highly recommended and this was like a every 30 year event not the usual so do not be dissuaded by my weekend :) Otherwise Tamales bay is beautiful……

“I wish the steep driveway to the rental and lack of railings at the pool and hot tub was listed. The bed was very high, but they gave us a stool to use. The hosts were lovely people, who truly wanted us to be happy..We were 3 seniors, not as agile in movement as younger people would be..It was warm and clean with a nice changing toom and laundry facilities. .I think some of the shrubs along the pool could be trimmed..it made the path hard to navigate.,but, then again we are older folks .……

“Did we enjoy our stay? Abosutely. It was affordable, convenient and unique. Grounds, outside and patios do need some renovation. “This was a beautiful VRBO that is exactly as shown in all of the pictures and is described accurately. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice, walk-in closet extra rooms, and I liked the outdoor patio space. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quite. “The property is even more adorable than the photos show. My partner and I got away to photograph birds and other wildlife, and this was the perfect homebase to do that. We spent the early morning with our coffee in the garden looking for hummingbirds, and a cocktail in the evening looking for quails. The home had everything we could need, and was very comfortable!”

“Foxkit cottage was very welcoming, relaxing, and perfectly curated to be both beautiful and comfortable.
