“訂購的房型沒有對外窗跟陽台,與照片上介紹不同,現場旅館表示要換有對外窗或陽台的房型要加價,早餐還不錯,但服務人員沒有先告知說菜單上一人只能點兩樣菜,所以有些想吃的沒點到 當天登記入住的時候還查詢不到我的訂購記錄,我不確定是旅館還是HOTELS.COM的問題,但事實卻是造成的我的不便,查了一個多小時都查不到訂單,只能先跟朋友擠同一間房間,所幸旅館人員很有耐心的在處理這件事情,最終還是有找到了我的訂房紀錄,才能夠讓我順利的入住!”

“整體來說還不錯，早餐好吃樣式多，提供完整衛浴用品，地點相當方便，離大教堂非常近，只是巷弄太小車子進不來，需要接送的話，要走出巷子，館內有個小電梯，房間有點小但還算舒適，分離式冷氣不怕吸到別人的二手菸，櫃檯人員英文還算不錯。 不過喝到一個果汁是苦的，不過第二天就沒出現了”

“It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in my almost 40 years of travelling. The water bottles no matter big or small need to pay(not what they told us when we checked in) and I feel cheated and humiliated when they told us we’d destroyed the opening ( not really opened) a bottle of wine which no label on it. I didn’t even see where it was and my husband told me it was on the top of the shelf. I strongly suggest hotels.com evaluate the hotel because I don’t want other guests be cheated……
