“House as described. Has a coffee pot/kuerig combo and nicely provided k-cups. Deck and firepit are nice. Stairs to upstairs beds are steep.Keep in mind there are no closets or kitchen towels. King bed was ok if slept in middle. Had indentions already on sides. Did not fish, but looks like good place for it bringing own gear. Close to Home restaurant in Altamont was good. Hiking was the reason we chose the area. We do want to visit the area again in the future.”

“My husband and I came up with our two year old for a wedding weekend. The property was perfect - close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, and a well kept home. “We were in town for a show at the caverns. Check-in was very easy, communication was exceptional!! Saturday, the day after our show, was a "free" day for us. We packed sandwiches, hiked a short distance to the waterfall...it was absolutely gorgeous!! The property/park was perfect- inviting, clean, cozy and very homey!! We would definitely recommend and would absolutely return for another weekend visit! ”

“The house was nice and clean. The house location was perfect it was nice and quiet. The owners of the house lived close by so if we ever needed anything it was taken care of right away. “We took a friend trip and stayed here and it was a great experience. The water was a yellow tint but we assumed maybe it was well water since the property is pretty far out. So that was the only strange thing. Beds were comfortable, the layout of the house was perfect for a large group and the fire pit was incredible at sunrise. Really great space and close to Greeter Falls! ”

“I stayed here to do some hiking in the area. My stay at the property was excellent well taken care of by property managers or owners of the property. The grill helped out a lot. You are in small towns in south central Tennessee (west of Chattanooga and Knoxville) grocery stores are not close by and are few and far between.Those points may make things difficult for you, come prepared.Restaurants maybe a drive also. Have time to visit piggly wiggly while you’re here. Bathrooms are camping style……
