“We enjoyed our stay very much. It was a very relaxing weekend. The extra amenities were much appreciated. The kitchen met all of our needs and the outdoor grill was a plus. This was our first time in a tiny house and we were impressed with the furniture, organization and coziness. Sure hope we get to return soon!”

But nothing was nicer than having a nice, cozy cabin to hole up in and watch the rain! It was especially nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the nature as it rained! “Very nice place to stay . Neighbors dogs right outside of bedroom window yapped non stop consistently from 10pm to 3am but that’s not the property owners fault . Also a woman sat in driveway and got out and was looking in windows taking pictures . Saw me and didn’t say a word . I would assume if it was the property owner they would have said something. Seemed odd, ”

“The listing is a faithful description of the property. It reminded me of the farmhouse that my mother grew up in, swinging screened door and all. My two friends and I visited for a hiking weekend while my daughter finished her last week of summer school at Sewanee. Communication with the owner was excellent, especially when I asked to extend the stay to help my daughter pack up. Very close to campus but within striking distance of great hiking near Tracy City, and even closer to trails on the……

“Loved our stay in this tiny house. Houses are spaced far enough apart that you feel like you have some privacy. Easy access to The Caverns for the concert and lots of hiking options nearby. Enjoyed the enclosed porch but we did have to wipe down the outdoor furniture first due to everything being covered with pollen.”

“This place was so fun for us, our 3 kids and dogs. Endless fishing time, frog catching and kayak/paddle boarding. Not only did they have everything but it was all very comfortable and nice. The inside and outside furniture was great. The house was very clean and easy to be comfortable in. They also have the perfect amount of toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies and all the little extras you usually have to bring/buy. They also supply beach towels that are very nice. The host was great……
