“I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were……

“From start at reception ,we had food which was very good ,a nice pint of guinness and the room we stayed in was cosy clean and comforting,i could not of asked for more. Thank you to all staff.”

“This is the first time I’ve stayed at The Bluebird Inn. It was a first class stay, well-deserved, thanks to the staff, who are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel is perfect. I’ll definitely be back. Plus the breakfast and meal on the evening was amazing”

“I had two rooms booked - a twin for one person and a superior double. Both excellent. Gripe for the superior was about a half an hour to run a bath and no Wi-Fi :( possibly due to location at the back of the hotel. We were there for a family 90 th nearby so it was a great opportunity to stay. Accrington was £6 in an uber. Disappointing though to have to pay a tenner if you want to use the pool :( gym free mind. Overall though a great hotel and thanks for the late bar. Our tariff was RO so……
