“The Francis Marion hotel is a beautiful historic hotel in Charleston, SC! Every member of their staff was so kind, helpful, and happy! The room was just the right size! The bathroom was a little small. We stayed in a 2-bedroom queen. The views from our room were beautiful! We walked EVERYWHERE! King St is in a great location! There is a free bus that stops right by the hotel! I would recommend parking at a nearby lot that we found out was free on our last day! The parking garage is not……

“Beautiful hotel! My only complaint is that the walls are pretty thin and we had very noisy late-night little kids in the adjoining room — they were not able to put our teens next to us. Ask for a quiet room! ”
