“The hosts are welcoming, the B&B is cozy and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. This is an old house from the 1800’s with all the charm you would expect, but completely renovated to have all the modern conveniences and very clean. The wood burning fireplace is so inviting. The breakfast is not your typical breakfast. It is a three course delight. We stayed 2 nights. “What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the Mad River Valley! Rachel and her family made the stay perfect, adding special touches that made you feel right at home. The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies. We’d recommend staying here and hope to visit again someday!”

“This house was wonderful. Our party of six had plenty of space to stretch out and also areas to gather. A particular highlight was the Jacuzzi, which was beautiful and easy to access. Another phenomenal amenity is the large fireplace connected to both the dining area and living room. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.”

“8 adult family members stayed here over the 4th of July. I'll start by saying that the property is gorgeous, spacious, and in a wonderful location. That said, there are a few things that renters should be aware of. 1) It comes with an excessively lengthy, finicky (and somewhat obnoxious) list of instructions on how to respect "its beauty, elegance, technology & engineering" which you don't receive until 2 days prior to check-in. This includes a laundry list of "DO NOT touch" and "DO NOT FORCE"……
