“The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. We had everything we needed - including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, as well as the standard hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The building is secure, and despite being close to Oxford Road, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. “Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. Happy to recommend and will look to stay again next time we are travelling to London. Thank you!”

“It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. Dirty toilet, shower, all work surfaces covered in dust. It is a really small place so would……
