“This house was the perfect home base for a few days on the Cape. We like to do lots of day trips and this house was centrally located to all parts of Cape Cod. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and my teens loved taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. Frequent communication with the host was great! Only downside for us was that the outdoor shower was not running. We understand it is the off season but that would have been nice to know ahead of time. It did not deter from our experience……

“My friends/family and I had an awesome stay at Scott place! Right on the water, gorgeous views, and responsive host. We didn’t have enough towels when we got there and Scott had the cleaners bring them over first thing in the morning. Will look to stay here in the warmer weather in the future!”

“We had such a lovely time staying at this house. It was absolutely immaculate inside and appointed with everything we could need and more. The house is light and airy inside, which helped when we had a few days of rain. The location is secluded in the woods (be careful, we did find ticks on us) but a short drive away from the beaches. We will definitely be back ”

“We had a wonderful time. The home is clean, comfortable, well furnished, and extremely well stocked. Plenty of dish detergent, paper towels, soap, etc. and they even provided travel size containers of shampoo and conditioner. Great location within walking distance to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Location was great for us. Beds were very clean and comfortable and many bedrooms. Kitchen view was amazing and appliances worked well. Overall, very nice, quiet vacation home. ”

“What a charming old house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host Ed couldn't have been nicer and greeted us as we arrived. He showed us around and told us about the house. The location was perfect for us to visit our son who is working in the area. House was super clean and our two small under 20lb. (noisy) dogs were welcome. The dresser in the bedroom is the same antique dresser I have at home!! I would stay again. We had fun watching the wild turkeys that were nearby. Thanks again Ed.”

“Absolutely gorgeous location with amazing views and lots of privacy in the winter. Will stay again!”

“We were in town for a family wedding, and our group had all adults. The dining room is a nice space. The kitchen is a bit small. Overall, the house was clean and perfectly located. There were a few aspects that were less convenient . We would have liked to the ootion of having a full coffee pot. Atrash cans ”

“Nice relaxing stay. Des was excellent with communications and his home is very comfortable. Our second time staying there but won’t be the last. ”

“This property was so delightful-stepping into the home, you are whisked to a beachy cottage. The color scheme and beach decor was throughout the home, it was so refreshing. Mare, the owner, was so communicative throughout, answering every question I had. She paid attention to all the details in the home-everything is here that you could want or need. The hot tub was lovely on this cool weekend. We are already trying to figure out when we can return next. Thank you, Mare!”
