“This is a very nice hotel. I didn’t like all the kids in the hot tub in the pool area. Kinda ruined it for my wife and I. We were celebrating our anniversary. Mostly in the room because of all the kids and the parents that didn’t monitor them. I didn’t even see staff enforcing the rule of 16 and under can’t be in there. Very disappointing. ”

“In Hyannis for a fishing trip. I arrived late and the hotel called me to confirm that I was coming. They were very accommodating. The hotel is more like a motel. Looks like some off season work has been done, including patching and painting. There was a lot of dust on high surfaces and walls from the off season work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. “Joanne the front desk clerk was very nice and polite. It was a very easy.check in. Provided information on our room, and breakfast hours. The pool and sauna were a bonus. Although it did say the hotel has a hot tub, it was filled in about 8 months ago. So no hot tub. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Nice place to stay and the price was right.”

“We were going to Martha's Vineyard for a wedding. We decided to come down a day early and stay in Falmouth. The Iris looked nice online and had an indoor pool (important to my wife). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable, and the lobby was impressive. The pool made my wife very happy and gym had the equipment I needed. “This is like an old-timey motel, but with modern conveniences and internet. Charming in its simplicity. Pleasant staff, comfy room, nice continental buffet breakfast. I was there because of eye surgery at a nearby clinic, and don't expect to repeat that, but would stay there again if I were visiting Sandwich. We had a lovely waterfront dinner at the Pilot House nearby. This is a very convenient location.”

“I had a pleasant stay at the resort. Booked a dog friendly room with a king and a queen bed. The size of the room was good. The dog friendly rooms were on the outer most side of the resort. Besides that dogs were not allowed on any other part of the property. Although, the closest dog-friendly beach was 7-10 minutes walk away, it would have been nice if they allowed dogs on a small part of their private beach. “整体来说还是很好的。就是在沙滩安全方面，建议在游泳区域设置救生圈和救生员，以及应急用品，以便救援。我的孩子在游泳的时候不慎进入深水区，第一没有救生员，没有救生圈，没有救生用品。幸好得到其他住客的相救。不然本来是件开心的事，差点出现悲剧了。希望引起店方的重视。”
