“This is probably the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in. It was beautiful inside and out and you can tell it's been recently updated. It was so comfortable-- plenty of beds, pillows, blankets, etc. We made ourselves right at home. The kitchen has about every utensil/item you can think of-- very well-stocked. Each bedroom had plenty of linens and even some extra blankets. We did use the beach towels that were thoughtfully provided.A couple of TINY complaints:-The barn doors were especially……

“The carpeted floor was filthy..it looked like it has never been vacuumed. There was construction next door so the swimming pool was covered. The AC filter was clogged with dirt. I don’t know anybody can rate this hotel above zero stars”

“Was a nice place. Friendly considering its season on cape..some minor repairs needed..saw mold under baseboard in bathroom etc..could not make a deal to stay longer so mived to central hyannis for less $”

“Love this property. only wish there was no charge for parking. That part doesn't make sense. Haven't paid for parking at any other hotel. Also wish the restaurant would serve breakfast again instead of the continental breakfast style. I love the staff and the hotel settings. perfect. Will continue to come back every year.”

“Not our first time visiting. Due to mobility issues we always ask for a first floor room and they always accommodate. The indoor pool was warm and easy to access. My only qualm is the 'pebble-like' flooring in pool room. Not so good for sensitive feet. ”
