“What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. Plenty to explore on the property down by the water and in the woods. Exactly what’s needed for a relaxing get away. Close to town as well for anything needed. Kirsten was a great host. ”

“Great and quiet space for a gathering of family and friends. Nice to be able to use the pool for a few young kids visiting one day! A great lunch together on the deck to seat all our visitors for a quiet picnic lunch. Kitchen is fully equipped! Beds are super comfortable. Linens are a plus. Thanks. ”

“We wanted a quiet getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We like Hedgesville’s proximity to Berkeley Springs, Harpers Ferry and Winchester, VA. Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. While there are half a dozen or so homes around the cabin,……

“Located close to the state park, lots of space inside and outside, beautiful covered deck for lounging. ”
