“Good location, quiet. Short walk to Warm Mineral Springs. Easy access to US41. Large, comfortable bed in small combined bedroom/kitchenette/living area. Separate adequate bathroom with nice shower. Large, walk-in closet with shelving for storage. Minimal kitchen, no DW, but with large fridge. Had to bring own coffee maker. Very nice laundry room is shared with another tenant, wasn't a problem. Abundant parking is on the lot.”

“The host, Gregg was very responsive to all of our questions. It got warm in the house one day. We kept the front blinds closed and turned on all of fans. Afterwards, the temperature was comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Nice patio on the back of the house.We came down for the Orioles spring training games. It was 30-40 minutes to Ed Smith Stadium. The house is close to the Braves Stadium. We recommend this rental to those vacationing in the area!”
