“This property was perfect for our little getaway. My husband and I took advantage of the kayaks every day which was a quick walk down to the bay. While kayaking, we watched dolphins swimming and had a seaturtle surface right next to us! After kayaking, we quickly walked to the beach to enjoy the sun and the waves. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. We were able to use the kitchen amenities while staying such as the coffee makers, microwave, refrigerator, and oven. The area outside of the room……

“Very clean property with everything you need. Small but excellent in terms of having it all for a 2-7 day stay. The area is still recovering from hurricanes in the fall of 2024 but this property is in great shape.”

“Love that the house was just steps from the dock and the beach was a short walk. It was nice to have chairs and an umbrella so that we didn't have to bring those with us. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. Communication was great with questions answered quickly. Would definitely book here again.”

“The pool and the boat dock were fantastic. The location was 5 minutes from Nokomis beach and Venice beach and Publix. It was a great location. The house was nice and quiet and comfortable. The communication was great, the kayaks were fun, the fish light off of the boat dock was relaxing. We really had a wonderful stay there and would love to come back next year! We never had a chance to take the bikes out, but the beach chairs and floaties were an excellent necessity. The check-in/out……

All the conveniences of home and then some! We’ve stayed several times over the years and will continue to, as long as its available! “Great house for family, great heated pool, but just not a lot of stuff going on around that area we had to keep driving about and hour or more just to get to areas that had alot of tourists shops yes I understand the hurricane wiped out a lot around those areas it’s slowly coming back. Even that I still would rent that house again and look forward to it. ”
