“Great hotel great atmosphere. Excellent staff very friendly. Not well constructed. I was on the Bottom floor and heard people upstairs when they walk around.. “The Lola is such a lovely, cozy suite! The amenities and features were amazing, especially the bathroom, hot tub, bed, lighting fixtures, and fireplace. The only thing I wished is if check-in was a couple hours earlier to give more time to enjoy our stay! If you’re looking for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy yourself, this is it!”

“Excellent stay! The friendliest and most accommodating staff! Excellent breakfast buffet with many fresh, delicious and well-stocked options. Hands-down the best breakfast we've ever had at a Fairfield Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and regulating the temperature in the room was easy to do. Overall, an excellent experience! Location was nice and quiet and is about a 15-minute drive to Syracuse University. We would definitely book again when in the area.”

“This hotel is a gem! We’ve never stayed at a Sleep Inn, and frankly our expectations were pretty low.
