“It was a short stay, front desk staff was helpful. Their hotel policy not the greatest… we are fully paid upon reservation with hotel.com and yet they are requiring us for deposit payment of $100 into our credit card even though they said it will be refunded after couple days! I refused to give my credit card and tell them we are fully paid already! ”
